How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days nationwide. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for most areas.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we deliver within South Africa only. Contact us for bulk orders or international inquiries.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, sealed coffee may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery under our voluntary returns policy. Defective or incorrectly supplied products are handled under applicable consumer rights. See our Returns page for full details.
Are your coffees freshly roasted?
Yes! All our coffees are freshly roasted by our trusted roasting partners within 48 hours of your order.
